made these tonight...good, but maybe not as fabulous as the cheese straws. brooke thought they were a tad eggy, but she doesn't like eggs (and these do have lots of eggs).

cheese bread we serve cheese puffs at Fogo (we call them Cheese Bread), made with Yucca flour and parmesan cheese. It's pretty entertaining when people ask what they are called and I tell them "cheese bread", because i think they expect some fancy brazilian name.
